Araucaria mirabilis cones come in a range of sizes. The specimen on the left is unusually large at 11 cm long by 8 cm wide. The small specimen on the right is a small immature cone and measures 4.5 cm long by 3.5 cm wide. Below the same specimens are compared to Pararaucaria patagonica cones.
